the vehicle contains EVO.

Region notice: The selected map region must match the
navigation region currently activated in the vehicle. Changing to another
region requires a separate FSC Region Change service.

BMW Road Map EVO Update

Updated navigation map data for compatible BMW and MINI vehicles whose
current navigation version displays
Road Map [Region] EVO.

The same EVO map package is used for compatible NBT EVO ID4, ID5 and ID6
systems. The required FSC activation method depends on the installed
head-unit generation.

After purchase, we will provide a temporary download link
containing the selected EVO map package. No physical USB drive or postal
delivery is included.

Before ordering

Open the Navigation menu.
Press the OPTION button or open Navigation settings.
Select Position and version or Version information.
Confirm that the displayed map name contains EVO.
Check the navigation region currently installed in the vehicle.

Example:
Road Map Europe EVO 20XX-X.

Do not order this product if the displayed map type is PREMIUM, NEXT, MOVE,
MOTION, ROUTE, WAY, LIVE or JOY.

Basic USB preparation instructions

The vehicle-specific FSC activation code or FSC file is not included and
must be purchased separately when required.

Installation instructions

Download all files using the temporary link supplied after purchase.
Extract the complete EVO navigation map archive on your computer.
Open the extracted USB-Stick folder and copy its contents
directly to the root of a compatible USB flash drive.
Do not copy the outer USB-Stick folder itself and do not
place the map data inside an additional folder.
When a vehicle-specific FSC file is supplied separately, create a folder
named FSC in the USB root.
Copy the supplied FSC_VIN0000_XXXXX.fsc file into the
FSC folder.
Connect the prepared USB flash drive to the vehicle.
Confirm the navigation update when it appears on the display.
Keep the USB flash drive connected until installation is completed.

FSC activation

This product contains navigation map data only. FSC activation is not
included.

NBT EVO ID4:
select the compatible EVO ID4 FSC product.
NBT EVO ID5 / ID6:
select the EVO ID5/6 Lifetime FSC file product.

The selected FSC product must match the vehicle, EVO generation and
navigation region.

Region change

Installing EVO maps from another global region is not a standard map
update. A normal same-region FSC activation does not automatically convert
the vehicle to another navigation region.

If the required map region differs from the region currently activated in
the vehicle, purchase the separate FSC Region Change
service before installation.

Important compatibility notice

Compatibility must be confirmed using the navigation version displayed in
the vehicle. The version information must contain
Road Map [Region] EVO.

Vehicle model, chassis, production year or iDrive interface appearance
alone is not sufficient to confirm compatibility.
